* The Sunday workshops will take place before the conference on Sunday, August 24. You will be able to select one of the Sunday workshops while purchasing the ticket on the registration page.
** The Wednesday technical excursions and social tours will take place on Wednesday afternoon, August 27. The social tours are included in the Full Conference Ticket. You will be able to select of one technical excursion or social tour while purchasing the ticket on the registration page.
*** The Friday lab tours will take place on Friday, August 29. The lab tours are included in the Full Conference Ticket.
All prices shown are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). The following tax will apply: VAT 19%.
Additional Information
Conference registration includes:
- Access to all on-site conference sessions as well as the networking / exhibition area.
- Conference dinner.
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks.
- Wednesday social tours.
- Friday lab tours.
- Access to the online conference program including abstracts.
- An online list of participants.
- Access to a password-secured Internal Area after the conference on the digital conference platform including all presentations (if provided by the author).
Pleate note the following:
- The language of the conference, including its presentations, is English.
- The conference dinner is included in the registration fee. You have the option to register an accompanying person for the conference dinner as part of your conference registration for €100 + VAT.
- Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.
- Payment can be made in Euro (€) by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for any currency exchange or transaction fees. The amount we receive must be the exact amount on the invoice.
- Please note that according to European law, all credit card payment transactions must be processed with strong customer authentication called 3-D Secure to increase safety for credit card payments on the Internet for both dealers as well as for customers. Visa calls this procedure "Verified by Visa", MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and American Express "Safekey". If you face problems during the payment process, please contact your bank or credit card company directly.
